If that doesn't work try to disable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling and see if it makes any difference. (The exact location where to find it changed several times in Windows 10 and 11). But you will loose things like Frame Generation (and maybe GSync / FreeSync) this way.
Disabeling Window Error Reporting Service fixed it. Ambient Occlusion did not, at least not for me
Sounds like it would probably steal focus (which could cause flickering) but which it shouldnt do because as far as I know the Window Error Reporting Service even doesnt create any Window that could steal focus.
Or something is heavily going wrong on your system and produces endless amount of error repots but this would more likely cause lagging instead of flickering.
Even the flickering is fixed I would recommend to check the Error Log and find out whats going on.
Log is clear, at least nothing related, i picked that solution up, it seems it is know to fix that issue, but why seems not to be known :D
The problem was not Game related, because it happen also in Elite Dangerous, Space Marine 2 and some other games. After i disabled the service the problem was gone in all games.
