We need Arabic translation for all the sources of the game to those who got a poorly English so they can enjoy the experience perfectly

They're presumably referring to subs, which BG3 does not have for the Arabic language. You cannot enjoy a dialogue-heavy game "perfectly" in a language that you can't understand, and have no aid in understanding.
