Another way to get the inaccessible items she sells is with the Cheaters' Ring, which can summon a box of them.
Cool stuff in that box, or her inventory: the Scarab of Protection, which is a nice shield against necrotic magic; the Clover, a nice duelling weapon; darts and slings (Larian made them, they are usable, they just don't exist in the game; darts sorta work like bows, you don't "throw" them per se, they are just point and shoot; I believe there are files for +1 and +2 darts); scrolls of dispel magic (that spell exists in the game, be wary of using it, I think there are reasons Larian never implemented it); the Enforcers' Club which can ONLY do nonlethal damage (I guess useful when you have to be sure it's just a KO); & the Arduous Flame Blade which can burst into flame.
Again, I will warn, some of these may never been implemented because Larian never finished testing and debugging them.
