900 hours, 1st time bug : Solo Durge stuck with Alfira, cannot rest

I've finished so many playthroughs that my only remaining challenge is to do a solor-honor-mode run.

it was going great but is now unplayable. stuck at camp.

I'm level 6, finished act 1, heading to the Creche next.
Rest in camp, Alfira shows up, we know what's coming up.

except:
Durges appear incapacitated at the Trielta Crags, not in camp.
the "camp" option is deactivated.
I quit to main menu and reload
now I can go to camp, but Withers is not there (no-one is, but I play solo, still expecting to see Volo and Halsin)
... quit to main menu again, reload
... now I think I can camp, night time arrives, Alfira shows up *again... ?!? wrong trigger somewhere

except the option to long-rest is not available
withers is absent

all mods desactivated

only weird things I did :
attacked the fists at Waukeen's rest
threw the beholder Flask at the Matriarch
stole Voss's greatsword (disarm/honeypaw)

If you used mods on that run it cannot be helped.

This is the risk you take when using mods.

Yeah I started playing again and got hit with a bug when entering the Emperor's
old hang out. I had to switch over to DX11 and that fixed it. Almost 600 hrs
of game play and that was the first serious bug/GAME BREAKING I came across.
Glad it was a simple fix thank God.

Nothing you turn off mid-game will ever be turned off in your save

go knock out Alfira before you rest. Maybe theres a flag that isnt triggering?

It's my 6 or 7 th game in Honor mode and i have never been able to complete it. not because I was killed but because the game bugs and after few reload of the automatic saved game, my campaign desapear from my computer.!!! it's suck a lot. My last lost game was over 60 hours with Level 8 characters. I play no MODS and I lost the game without notice.

what is the problem?
