Can't select a modded subclass

I installed a modded subclass (Samurai 5e on Nexus) using the BG3 mod manager and I can't select it. I am level 3 already and can select the other three subclasses, but when I choose Samurai, I can't hit Accept and instead see "Choices Pending" over the button instead. The modded subclass doesn't have me choosing anything, and clicking what it wants me to click just prompts me to pick another subclass. For some reason I can't find any help with this specific issue AT ALL.

That is a common UI issue where the selection element is ether not visible or it is down the text line thus not visible without a scroll bar.

Usually the Improved UI mod corrects a lot of those issues and mods often require it because of the issue. Or the mod creator may need to update the mod to correct the issue.
