Anyone has a list with the best items to get in each act?
I always end up collecting/buying everything only to never use most of it. I'm a completionist and hoarder and the massive amount of gear always overwhelms me. I do follow build guides every time but I sometimes find stuff that is better suited than current wear. Or at least I think so.
I still have yet to find a list of items that I should look out for the most so I can leave behind stuff I think might be useful later only to end up not being used at all.
It's becoming a bit frustrating on my 4th playthrough and I become pretty bored easily now of this.

Most of the stuff on those lists are junk. They are more if you want to collect everything.
best info I can give you is find the builds your are going to use, get a list of the gear they are going to need throughout the playthrough and keep an eye out.

Personnally I create spreadsheets for my own builds with a full list of gear from Level 1 to 12 and End Game, with all the build info etc. It takes time and research to get done but its easier in the long run. :)

Get the Giantslayer and the Gauntlets of Hill Giant Strength and give them both to the same person.

I agree. The lists have things like the watcher's spear in wither's dungeon and the speak to dead amulet which is just vendor trash (you get the spell for free like 2 min later, as a SLA for anyone).

The must-have items really vary by party makeup and builds. I mean take the titanstring bow -- if your archer is a ranger/thief with dual crossbows, you don't give a flip about that one. Or the anti-spider spear is niche for two fights and totally skippable for most people as a mainstay weapon. Most Absolute junk is only useful if you get branded. Too many 'what if' things determine which items you go for if you just want to grab the good stuff and move on.

that said.. Ill take a crack at act 1..
smuggler's ring
gloves of thievery
caustic band
broodmother's amulet (kill kagha)
nere's rapier
adamantine armor/shields/hat(drop)
everburn blade
ring of flinging (vendor, if using a str character who throws for ranged)
zelov's gloves (pick pocket after ardin knocks him loopy at grove scene)
volo's ring (buy in grove)
shattered flail (combine with creche amulet to heal 6 every time you hit)
spellsparkler (staff from waukeen's rescue)
returning pike (vendor, if using thrown)
gloves of archery (if using bows)
ritual dagger (optional, hurt sell to get 'blessed')
amulet of misty step
pearl of power amulet
ring of salving
amulet of restoration
amulet of selune (sleep, small heal)
gloves of kushigo (throwing)
mystra's grace
club of hill giant strength
disintegrating nightwalkers (misty step clicky)
sentient amulet (quest, monk item)

... more later
