If by sale you mean something substantial rather than just 10 or 20% off, given the continuing popularity of the game (players as well as new scores), I would not be holding my breath.

PS. It's worth it. :)

Most people I know dont even buy this game on Steam, you can get it way cheaper other places.

steamdb will tell you that. Anyway, this game packs so much value that it's worth the cost of the collector's edition. At least in relation to most other games that sell for 60-70 EUR currently.

It's 60 bucks.....most games start at $70 to as much as $130 or more!
With that said it's been on sale 2 times I believe 10 to 20% tops. This game takes at
least 100 hrs or more to play it, And the re-play value is unreal! It has the best reviews
on the media to users{and you don't see that all the time in this day and age!}
