Other then that, none that I can think of.
Otherwise, besides the above, just wishlist it on Steam and wait for the next big sale (October -> Black Friday -> Xmas, more or less).
I mean, gift you my "copy" of the game not a new one XDD.
Till now it's not possible transfer games between friends.
What does that mean ?
Affordable "in general" the game already is, because "someone" can afford it, so in general, it is.
Affordable as in "one can buy it", sure, in isolation, a whole lot of people have the disposable income to "afford it".
However I dont think "affordable" means "paying the price -I want- to pay".
20% is quite a lot.
You trying to tell that even after a year you did not manage to save that much?
Then you should not play games.
If you can hold on a bit longer, i'd suggest waiting to look through the upcoming fall/winter sales and black friday sales. I don't expect it to go much lower than it currently is since it is still just about a year old, but you never know, it might go a bit lower than this current sale.
It is also more possible to get lower sales prices from those keysellers during those sales periods.
