Ansur Fight Help - Party is wet?
So I've finally reached Ansur and he's kicking my ass every time. I'm trying to avoid using a globe of invulnerability approach because it feels like a cop-out, and I think it would be quite a doable fight if it weren't for one thing.

My party has the wet condition as soon as I enter the room with Ansur, and there's nothing I can do to get rid of it except leaving the room. Casting remove water does the job for a very short while but that's it. I've looked at various video guides and none of them have a party afflicted with wet.

Is this a bug, or something introduced in a patch? It seems super unfair to give a boss big, powerful AoE lightning attacks while also permanently doubling their damage against my party.

It's an Honor Mode thing. I'm pretty sure there should be a rain visual as well. It's not a bug.

And it's not unfair, there are crystals that you are supposed to hide behind to avoid damage. Also, Death Ward prevents oneshots. So does a Wild Shape. I believe you can also knock him out of the channel if you do enough dps, but I've never tried to.

Huh, no rain visual. And I'm playing on Tactician, not Honor mode.

There's a dirty joke here. I'm too classy to make it but not too classy to point out it exists.

"Phase two
After using his Stormheart Nova, Ansur will summon five lightning strikes each turn with his attack
Bout of Storms
Bout of Storms. Any creatures standing inside the strikes will take damage at the end of the round. On Tactician or Honour difficulty, rain will begin to fall on the battlefield and make every party member permanently Wet"

This is what the wiki says. Apparently it works like that in Tactician too.

But it starts the moment I enter the arena, not during the second phase.

Ah well, guess I'm going for the cop-out approach.

some crystal make you immune to damage if you break them

They give you elemental resistance, not damage immunity. They're also pretty vital for blocking the nova attack, so I'm not fond on the idea of smashing them up when I could be directing damage at Ansur himself.
