SPOILER!!! I am stuck and I need help
I am attempting to investigate Felogyr's Fireworks, but I was not given the password during the quest (I found out about it after browsing the internet a bit). I am having difficulties finding a way to access the second floor now, because the dialogue options to deceive the shopkeeper do not appear anymore.

What do I do?

Just go up. The end result is a fight either way, you just lose on some funny dialogue between the people upstairs while you're hidden.

If you still wanna hear it, there are a few ways, the easiest being to enter turn-based mode then gulp a potion of invisibility then go up. Invisibility spell also works.

I can not access the second floor without the password.
The quest is unfinished. The only thing you can do is kill everyone.

How exactly can you not access the second floor? There's no door or barrier, it's just stairs with a grumpy shopkeeper and guard, who will decide to attack you once you trespass a couple of times.

There is a locked door, but it is fine now. I made the guard walk away with a Minor Illusion spell and sent my stealthy character up the stairs with a potion of invisibility. I will have to kill everyone, but the quest will progress.
