But respeccing with Withers I believe let's you change her Cleric cantrips, but not the high elf cantrip Firebolt, which sucks since it's close to useless on her.
It scales with intelligence... ShadowH primary stat is wisdom.
BUT WAIT, there is more!
Religion checks are inteligence's check... cleric primary stat? WISDOM.
And this is straight from DnD: larian I believe has no fault about this mechanic.

Sure, let's make clerics primary stat charisma at this point why not? After all, they train most of their lives in the art of preaching. And let’s give them proficiency in persuasion check, obtained after asking times and again for alimony.
INTRODUCING, FROM THE DND NEW EDITION: THE CLERIC BARD!
That's pretty much how I would have chosen to run it as a DM myself. Intelligence-based religion checks on other religions, but a cleric generally gets an automatic pass on knowing their own religion.
I disagree, and think it's a little silly: a cleric SHOULD know, in passing at least, the main points of the competitors. It’s their bread and holy butter.
OR to be more precise: during the training of clerics, a competent abbot (or whatever) SHOULD include the study of different deities and how their faith works. Even just as bad examples. ESPECIALLY if your deity has a strong opponent(s): i.e. sending out clerics of Selune fully ignorant about Shar practices would be turbodumb and dangerous.
Moreover, the ability to solve problems is indeed intelligence based. But reading books in your home temple and draw from memory isn’t necessarily so.
You can be dumb and have an elephant memory, in short.
