Pied Piper Bard Subclass Mod?

I'm interested in making a pied piper for my next play through but the only mod I can find is a Ranger Subclass that lets you create and control rats. I'd like more bard mechanics to be used so if there is a mod out there that does that I'd love for someone to share it, otherwise if anyone out there makes mods and excepts requests I'd love to see a pied piper bard subclass get made in the future.
