Dowry ring

I think I accidentally sold the dowry ring because I cant find it in my inventory- Anyone knows any way I could retrieve it back so I could complete the quest before I go to Moonrise Tower?

If you sold it you will need to buy it back from the merchant to whom you sold it, however, the quest gives almost nothing for as experience/reward so I would simply move on.
