Sazza the goblin dead for no reason?

i was trying to keep her alive for that achivement but shes suddenly dead she was just standing where priestess gut used to be after i got her out from the druids hideout the only villains i killed are priestess gut and the hag i didnt fight any of the leaders or that one guy who is trying to speak to the dead mind flayer so idk what triggered her death i killed the druids and everyone else in there avoided killing most of the important bad guys except priestess gut

I assume you can't kill anyone before Sazza introduces you to Minty, side with Sazza by having her back and making Minthara leave the camp. Otherwise she either ends up dead or fighting with the other goblins.
