Is pacifist run, possible?
Subj, Goblins is better that "good" characters but if you side with goblins, you lose so much stuff. So i wonder, is it possible to not kill anyone at all, and be friend with everyone?

I think you may do it with a Bard, or a Bardin (Paladin - Bard). You'll need an immensely powerful persuader... But even then... How are you going to "persuade" the Apostle of Myrkul, Orin or Gortash to give you their jewels? Nahhh... I think you may be "as pacifist as possible" but not 100% pacifist. Still.. It's worth a try., to see how far can you go without a fight or with as few fights as gamewise possible.. Try it and keep us posted, it will be an interesting experience we would all, I'm sure, learn about.

"Be friends with everyone"?

Of course not.

If you don't pick a side, people will still die.

I don't think its possible to win without killing at least the General and Orin.
I think you could do it without killing anyone else, but it would be insanely difficult due to the lack of XP and needing to avoid every encounter via a mixture of stealth and talking.
Like IRL, if you dont have any morals, any ethics, and any self respect, you can be friends with everyone by the virtue of being nothing worth being for or against.

Simple.

Ofc some guy on youtube has tried this. Got pretty far. Other characters not in the party could do some killing, so he used the Nightsong to kill Ketheric for instance.

Killing bosses is fine, I just don't want to kill regular NPCs.

Can you give a link?

I mean if you just have NPCs kill people for you, then sure it's doable, but mostly defeats the point.

Honestly.. you loose not that much. Dammon is not needed since you do not have Karlach. Yo you miss out on 1 good Heavy Armor and I think one good pair of Boots. Nothing overly important.

the you loose Alfira, for the potent Robe. But if you are not a Warlock and you do not have Wyll (like Karlach) you hae no real use for it.

And you still get the Quest XP for saving the Gnomes (and possibly Barcus) from Moonrise.
In the End you do not have the Owlbear Cup and Zevlors Hellriders as allies in the last battle but if you really need those... well... usually you Action is better spent on skills of your own.

And yes, if you also kill the Nightsong you loose the Harpers etc but they do not give you anything ecept maybe Jaheira as a companion but I usually only have 3 Characters I run around with and only switch for their personal Quests (Usually Me, Minthara, Laezel and either Astarion or Shadowheart).

This game is trying to be an immersive sim, so i just wonder if there some ways to not kill regular NPC. Like the length at which "righteous paladins on """good route"""" went to secure the Drow p**sy. Like they would knock her out, then turn into sheep, grab her, then teleport into moonrise, etc. So i wonder if there is possibility to do use the immersive sim systems, but for saving regular NPCs. Even more so, since there a lot of hidden dialogues.

Those inverted commas around good puzzle me. We have a contest between a bunch of bloodthirsty fanatics looking to slaughter a group who have done them no wrong and many of whom are non combatants including children and the people they want to slaughter. There is really isn't a moral dilemma here, the goblins are the bad guys.
If you wanna play evil have at, it's only a game, but there's no question that that is what you're doing. Can't have your cake and eat it too.

Is it even possible to get off the Nautiloid without killing at least a couple of intellect devourers?

Now a pacifist run of the prologue you might be able to do. You'd have to break combat with the imps then run straight for the controls on the bridge.

I don't care for intellect devoures, they don't have dialogues or personality as goblins do, so normal people cant empathize with them. I trying to figure out to save goblins who did nothing wrong, and even quest and the druid been saying something about "just take out the leaders, rest will scatter".
