So just send her to some tiefling, slap them with her without anyone else in your party being near and get her arrested (if that didnt make her break her oath, just attack and let Lae'Zel get killed and revive her with a scroll after)
Oaths are not broken unless the one who has the oath has fallen the decision, so if you use your Tav to commit murder or make evil acts, Lae'zel wont lose her oath, only if Lae'zel does the act she loses it (so you choosing an evil option in dialogue wont make her lose the oath)
