Evil endings* fixed it for you. They're not just doing durge endings.

Durge is an evil ending. I didn't list most of what they are doing, you can read right?

It seems you can not. They very much stated that non durge players will ve receiving evil endings too. Lol

Sounds cool, I wonder if the evil endings will get an epilogue too

The statements of note I took out of that statement:

1. evil endings, photo mode, console-PC crossplay; eh, not stuff I'm interested in, but I guess are promises made and about to be kept.
2. that's the first time I've heard them say official modding support means official mod TOOLS, again, "officially" (as opposed to speculation). I think that's pretty exciting. Though we don't know what these tools will be like or what they will be able to do. As always, I'm hoping they open scripting/console access for all platforms.
3. they didn't say there would be patches after Patch 7, though it seems hotfixes, for sure, will continue to follow.
4. nothing in the feature list mentioned about Minthara updates, though they also said, "we haven't described all the features in the feature update," also.
5. looks like two games are in the oven. I'm pretty sure one is D:OS 3. What the other is they are working on, well, we're all waiting for that shoe to drop. We just know it's NOT D & D.

The teaser they had in the OG Post gave me Berserk Vibes *shivers*

However no Minthara Content, No Minthara improvement = Bad Patch.

Modding tools! This game already has a boatload of mods. Wonder if we'll be able to make quests or new areas/dungeons.

I'm pretty sure "modding tools" doesn't mean "dungeon creation tools" or a DM tool for co-op, but ... we don't know, either.

If there is full scripting access, and I think there will be, yes, modders might be able to make quests, or interactive companions. (It will take a lot of work, but ... )

Most interestingly, with proper access, it looks like everybody will be able to run something like Daughter of Lolth mod, which means, you can get Minthara the way you want to, not the byzantine way the game forces you to.

Is it only endings for evil playthrough or whole game? Because evil run need a rework, its very bad.

I'm excited for a better ending of anything. Yes, first official mod support. That may quiet a few people down on these boards, but I'm sure they cannot please everyone.

I'm straight as an arrow. You've commented twice and added nothing. Congrats.
You sound extremely confrontational over an absolutely minuscule thing, especially considering that the original person you were replying to is right.
If the modding tools are decent, BG3 is about to explode lol. We may actually see Alfira become an actual companion and see modders set Quil to be the default kill for Durge instead of Alfira etc.

Could also see Ketheric return as a companion who apparently was at one point also suppose to have been a possible companion.

Considering the modding tools will allow us to add new visuals, sounds, animations, stats and more, I expect new quests, custom companions etc. Time will tell to see how indepth Larian's modding tools will be, but I expect they wont disappoint,

Edit: We dont even have modding tools yet and the mods we do have are pretty awesome. Can't imagine what modders can do with proper modding tools.

Alfira companion would be great as would be more Minthara content.

But we will see how long will this game be supported with new content and not just fixes.

No DLC but maybe we will get a Enhanced/Definitive edition with more content and improved stuff in the future as all of Larian's recent games got that.

I still don't understand what was updated in Update #26. It says Evil Endings and New Beginnings, but the update itself says "We’re working on our next game update, Patch 7, which will add improved evil endings to the game for even darker conclusions to your most sinister playthroughs, and yes, that includes you non-Durge players." So, it doesn't sound like it was updated in #26.
