Does a Sword Bard Extra Attack Stack in Honour Mode?

I am curious if the Sword (and Valour) Bard's Extra Attack stacks with the martial classes Extra Attack in Honour Mode. I can easily find that the Pact of the Blade Extra Attack doesn't, but I haven't been able to find the information on the College of Swords Bard.

It is only the warlock extra attack that stacks ( But not in honor mode)

For example you can’t have paladin 5 and fighter 5 and get 2 extra attacks.

Or bard 6 & paladin 5, Same thing, Only 1 attack both inside and outside honor mode
