Original Sin 1 and 2 had them. If we get a definitive edition, probably around then we'll get point shop stuff and trading cards. If not, hopefully we get it all eventually.

Basically, every time you buy something on steam, you get steam points, which you can spend there to customize your profile, avatars, etc.
