Negative Attack roll DICE

It's the second time i notice a -6 or -8 as a result of the 1d20 in the combat log.
How is that possible?

Maybe Great weapon master is active?
It gives a -5 to attack for a +10 damage.

The great weapon master feat is NOT a dice it's a flat negative bonus to attack rolls.
As you can see on screen i'm talking about a negative DICE roll.

NB: both times i ended up with negative rolls it was with ranged attacks (handcrossbow and shortbow)

I've seen reports of karmic dice doing something like that.

No mods, 100% vanilla.
After reading the combat log again i think it has sthing to do with the war cleric reaction while undetected, i'll translate it for you guys under the screen comment section so you can see where i'm coming from with that.

It shouldnt be possible in any way. Nothing should allow negative values on your d20.
And War Cleric should definitelly not reduce your base d20 roll, no matter whether the source is hidden or not.

IN previous patches there were bugs with reactions causing the opposite of their effect, but I cant quite remember why. I think Shield would trigger the wrong way when you attack a member of your party, but I dont think that would apply here either, since the buff is supposed to be applied to a teammate.

I only have 2 reasons I could think of:
1. Karmic Dice (still waiting on feedback whether it's enabled or not)
2. Maybe Tactician/Honour changr your rolls sometimes?
