BG3 can't change that as they don't make the feature, merely use it.
that might be not true as i have played, a way out, wwe 2k24,it takes two on remote play and the person has on k&m to play with, after sending him a remote play invite, i give him k&m access from overlay and then he can play,
Most local multiplayer games, including BG3, do not feature the ability for one player to use KB&M while the others use a controller. As such, using Remote Play Together isn't going to change that. The rule is still that each player needs a controller to play local multiplayer, whether you are doing so remotely via Remote Play Together or not.

this is not "remote play together".. what you are describing is local co-op. RPT is for you to host a game, invite others REMOTELY to join you in co-op without them needing to own the game.

Remote play together simulate local co op but not local it use the internet. Shut up if you have no idea pls.
