[SPOILERS] Mayrina is missing in Act 3

I have been pursuing the "Help the Hag Survivors" quest in Act 3, and just found the group at Old Garlow's. Everyone is acting like Mayrina is right there, saying she's been hexed into a sheep, but she is nowhere to be found on the premises. Not the main building, not in the basement, not on the roof, in the garden, or down by the beach. Even after fixing her hex problem by destroying the doll, she remains completely ethereal.

I assume this is a massive, quest-breaking bug, and I'm greatly disappointed as I am really invested in this quest. And yes, I did kill Ethel in Act 1, freed Mayrina and "resurrected" her husband. Seemingly everything was set for her to make it to Baldur's Gate, and everyone involved in the quest sure acts like she's been around. At this point it feels like either shared psychosis on the part of the hag support group or maybe *I've* been hexed to never locate her!

In all seriousness though, has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, did you fix it? And if not, does anyone know if I can run a console command to advance the quest, spawn Mayrina, or do something else to get unstuck? It would be a real shame to leave this quest unfinished. Honestly Act 3 has been startlingly unpolished and had far less well written quests so far compared to the rest of the game, it's really quite a shame.

If I'm somehow being completely dense and missing her obvious location, I'd also love to know. Thanks.

Sheeprina should be on the level above the ground floor, with the doll. If she's not there, that's a problem.

Yeah, I've searched the whole place. No sheep nor even a scrap of wool to speak of.

I even reloaded a save all the way before my first step into the lower city, and ran directly to Old Garlow's. She still wasn't there. I'm contemplating reloading a save before Act 3 entirely but I somehow doubt that will fix it...

known issue. Mayrina isn't a great quest, anyways imo

Same issue here. In order to check, I loaded my previous save when still in the Creche (which means I just finished Act 1) and headed back to Riverside Teahouse. I found even with the quest finished, Mayrina was still stuck beside the coffin. This might be the reason that she's missing in Act 3.
