Ayo how do I cheese Myrkle?
I've been stuck on this mf for awhile now, I'm doing an evil playthrough on tactician, but not a homicide lunatic. That is to say, a lot of me was siding with the baddies and I didn't get nearly as much XP as I would've if I had been a good playthrough. I'm level 9 and this mf just keeps murking me.

I can get him to his stage where it's Myrkle, that's whatever, but after that I just can't keep up with his damn bone minions healing him.

I've Fighter, Warlock, Bard and Cleric.

I've been staying distant from him and using ranged attacks to avoid his melee but he's pumping out one hit kills with his ranged attack over and over. It just becomes unmanageable.

Plus when he pulls everyone in, I waste like two turns healing and getting back into position.

He's got magical protections so my diluted poisons of whatever don't even do anything.

At this point I just want to like ~command prompt him to die out of spite, IDGAF about cheating rn.

If its about just getting through it, and if you're cool w cheesing prolly not worried about the achievement for Tactician, personally I'd suggest lowering the difficulty to explorer for that specific fight then jumping it back up. There are also mods that you can get that re-enable achievements or give "Oneshot" ability for bosses if you'd like, so thats also an option, just make sure you're comfortable with modding.

Super cheese method used in speed runs is jumping up on the platform on the left, dropping a stack of smokepowder grenades and then throwing them, which allows you to throw a whole clutch of them to 1-shot Myrkul.

I had a save that was at the beginning of the Myrkle phase of the fight. I sent all my explosive anythings to one character and dropped them next to Myrkle then ran off and shot a fire arrow to trigger them.

Did around 2/3rds his health. A good enough head start to haste my way to a win against him.

Thank you.
