Mol act 1

How do you get to her in the Druid grove? I talked to a kid who steals from me, and then there's a hole down a ladder that none of my large characters fit through. There's also another kid who runs into a crevice but I failed my perception check to be able to follow there. So I seem to have no way to get to this Mol person and further that quest, what am I missing?

All kids involved in Mol's little business should eventually redirect you to a dumb (or pretending skilfully) kid named Doni, providing you with a password. If asked properly, Doni will show you the correct entrance.
If you missed both those, there's a third chance for you through the grove entrance, to the left and upwards (where you can save another Mol's boy from harpies)
Lastly, if you decide to save the grove, you will be able to find Mol near the Hollow gate among other refugees preparing to depart. She and her boys gather apart from other tiefling children. She will also attend the camp celebration - intending only business, of course
