Tav Warlock Pact ideas
need help with making rp Pact obligations with Fiend for my Warlock .

I know Wyll is original but i absolutely dont like him be he is to good . and it feels bad to play SUPER kind person with pact from Evil forces which treat you like a dog.

i allready finished Durge super evil necro wizard . i absolutely love Raphael / Mizora staff..sadly we cant play as Devils. ( mod for Cambion is changing game balance )

what i want now is to play game where my character is SMART AND WISE with ambition for power .
for example i will save Grove ( bec i hate worms and it feels natural to Seek for Halsin and so on ) ...

Basicaly i can play Wyll in way i want ... but Mizora interactions make him looks misarable

Only pact idea i had is that some powerfull Devil like Mefistofeles made pact with me ( and i was his cultist before ) to stop his son and Absolute bec they are a threat in exchange for power and place beside him.

i mean if we pretend that game lore is REAL . whould you made pact?
pact in which you would not be pathetic , misarable slave not before or after death .

Devils in DnD do not *ever* do anything that is not self serving. If they give you power, it is because it serves their needs. When you sign a pact with Devils, you are leashed to them like a dog. End of story. You basically have to hope that everything you want in the future serves their desires.

Sharing is not their forte, and you are not going to be getting a "place by the Devils side" (except as a purse puppy).

thats sad. bec i love warlocks so much in BG3...
What if Devil need me to stop absolute? even Raphael needs us...Mizora also told she will keep Wylls powers untill we defeat Absolute.

by lore only Devils can make pact adjastments? or lets say i can read it and change something on disscussion with Devil?)

Why don't you make a pact with something besides a Devil? There are two other Pacts to choose from.

i realy like FIends thematic and build overall.

was thinking if there is a way to play evil Wyll? gues not ...
redemption arc where he breaks pact looks cannon.

IT WOULD BE SO COOL
if TAV Warlocks would have somekind of interraction with Patrons

The Devil makes the rules, the Devil changes the rules. There are no discussions. If the Devil wrote a contract that you found loopholes in, all that means is you signed a contract with a particularly stupid Devil (I'm sure they have them, but they probably don't last very long in the hells).

Raphael doesn't "need" the player. He wants the crown for himself and largely doesn't care much about anything else going on. You are a tool to get him the crown and the power that comes with it, and some souls he can gain in the process. Win-win for him. Any scenario that does not end with the crown in his hands is pretty much just an inconvenience. Just means waiting another few centuries.

In fact, if you want to know meaningless the player and this whole netherbrain business are to Raphael, the history behind him wanting the crown is he was annoyed that his daddy locked the crown in a vault previously instead of using it himself.

He wants the crown... so he can show off to his daddy.

Just play as Wyll and choose evil options?

You do get interactions, via dialogue options mostly. You don't get your Patron showing up in game since this isn't a fanfic.

So, I would argue the three in-game Pact choices are:

Fiend - evil - a devil - doesn't have to be Mizora, could be another, it's just in Wyll's case it is Mizora, though Wyll shows you don't have to be yourself evil to wind up in such a pact.
Great Old One - dunno, it's basically like making a pact with Cthulhu, or Hastur, or Hadar, or Ilsinsense ... it's some being from the Far Realms, kinda "beyond good and evil"
Archfey - basically a pact with a neutral, nature-based patron.

Your choices at Nexus are
Hexblade (not really a patron)
Celestial (for warlocks who actually want to serve a good power, and get cleric like magic)
Raven Queen (shadow warlocks)
Dread Overlord (necromantic/undead warlocks)
Dark Hunger Pact (basically a better Great Old One who gives more powers)
Genie (for those who want to focus on elemental powers, though the Fire Genie pretty much gives you the same fire spells as the Fiend)
Fathomless (a Cthulhu like being who lives at the bottom of the ocean)

i found info from DnDs ppl DMs that Warlock can become Fiend or Devil and not start as lemour if he was great servant to his Patron
