my build. yes not most OP EB build you can get. i just wanted to grab all thing i personnaly love from Eldrich envocations.
Going to Honour mode.
2 Fighter / 2 Sorc / 8 Warlock
It's 2 best Favor states for Eldritch Blast are its Lightning State or its Thunder state.
- Lightning state will grant Lightning Charges per instance of spell damage, of which EB is 3 instances at the point where you get Markoheshkir, resulting in 6 charges from a single cast, or 12 with Hex (which will cap at 8, with the 3rd beam triggering Lightning Blast and dealing the bonus 1d8 lightning damage).
- Thunder state, on the other hand, makes spell damage inflict Reverberation. For EB, that means if you pair this with Boots of Stormy Clamour and Spineshudder Amulet, then you can trigger the Reverb prone effect every cast of EB on a single target, as you'll generate enough Reverb stacks to proc it on the 3rd beam.
That said, the Lightning state of Markoheshkir (at least its ability to stack Lightning Charges) is already replicated by Spellsparkler, which you can receive as a quest reward from Florrick all the way back in Act I. In fact, Spellsparkler is the definitive go-to staff for multi-hit based magic damage builds like those centered around Eldritch Blast or Magic Missile, due to the fact it's so easy to get and its effect is so easy to stack (just do spell damage).
I'm assuming you're gunning for Walking Fortress since you're using Kehteric's Shield?
