Otherwise if you open the spell book you should be able to manually add the spell to said menu. For PC you can increase the hotbar that includes actions, spells, potions to make it bigger + move sliders around.
I started playing with controller on PC, just because it's fun to explore the world with my feet up, so I'm in the habit of checking if something is missing
It does for Keyboard and Mouse to the far right of the hotbar.
On controller you can't disable dual wielding in combat, only out of combat in the inventory screen. Which is beyond ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. So to turn it off every combat I have to switch to mouse and keyboard and click the button under the weapons. So I just don't dual wield anymore
I'm playing couch co-op on a split screen so kb/mouse isn't an option, but the game's handling things pretty well so far.
