This means that the tieflings are dead as well, therefore Dammon is dead, and Karlach's quest is unfinishable.
Isobel actually dies as well, iirc ? Or gets sacrificed, I don't remember. This means that you don't get to complete her arc with the Nightsong.
To lift the curse, iirc, you only need to complete Halsin's quest, as you need to purify the land.
If you already have Karlach's second upgrade, then you don't need Dammon any more for that, right?
Perhaps the biggest thing is I need to get to Moonrise earlier to start trading and resupplying, etc.
NVM, it's only 2, but you can give Dammon additional pieces for the helldusk armor.
The Harpers don't help at Moonrise which actually makes the battle easier as they don't get in the way.
You lose the Aylin which frankly is a blessing too - no npc character should be allowed to talk down to and dictate to the main char as she does in "your" game".
Lifting the Curse does nothing, you get nothing from it.
In exchange you get a more powerful Shadowheart, no Jaheira moaning and no Aylin dialogue which is a triple win.
