Iron Throne Santoria NPC question

in the iron throne there is an npc tied to a chair in the south part, i saved her but the scrying eye "screen" thing is still showing here there with different clothes no less.
is it a bug or do you have to do something else also?

Why do you bother about what's there on the screen? Santoria, as all other Iron Throne prisoners, is marked with a 'diamond' target sign. If you untie her, she runs to the submersile and after reaching it is considered being saved.
