Game over
That's exactly what I wanted to play. Tactician without silly haste doubling your attacks nonsense. So just get the "Honor mode features unlocker" mod. That's what I did.
It's retarded that we have to use mods for this.
Honor mode would still exist as the ultimate challenge that gives an achievement, don't lock actual gameplay behind it

Makes no sense. And it's still too easy when basic Conditions can trivialize most if not all encounters. Fighting the Avatar of a God, Sons of Arch Devils? Just bring Darkness. Wasn't a lot of thought put into the encounters. So your choice is to play a gimped D&D campaign a six year old can beat (their target audience), or a middling difficulty with Legendary Actions, but only a single save game...which again would be totally fine.... if the majority of folks weren't losing that save game to bugs. Still only 1% have completed it? That was the # when I finished. It wasn't hard if and only if you understand the mechanics which aren't documented for Timmy and his ilk.
And they still patch just about every week with a myriad of "crashes" which makes it hard to argue otherwise. For example, look at todays patch. Had you saved during any of those moments they mention in the patch notes your honor mode run is over. And I literally have never encountered the ones they mentioned. Yet bugs that have been mentioned for over 2 years (rumbler) still exist.
There are lazy mods that inflate HP. But all that's doing is artificially increasing the TTK but do nothing to increase the actual challenge. That's in the hands of developers whose brains are tapped out at Spank and Tank. There's no single encounter in this game otherwise.
Any spesific mechanics that only appears in a "unfailed" state?
