Astral-Touched Tadpole
i think i misplaced it. im trying to convince my companions to use it. does anyone know where to find it again? im in act 3

It doesn't show in the inventory. You'll see a number in the top right by the map denoting how many tadpoles you possess.

Well, I assumed as much; alas you're out of luck, it's sadly gone for good (and it was a unique item, there's no replacement).
