A bug/issue with my character constantly repeating phrases in a child voice?
I've reached act 2 and after the part where like the people in that shadow village get possessed or some crap and you have to massacre them my character for some reason keeps repeating phrases like "Will you help me? Set me free?" or "Oh my, my oh my" in like a child voice that isn't even the voice that I picked for my character like every few seconds, WTH is going on? is it supposed to be like that or is this a bug of some sort? this is my first BG3 playthrough and I installed a few mods but nothing too major or game breaking, just a mod for a few new haircuts since I didn't really like the vanilla ones and that's it. It's really starting to tick me off as it breaks all the immersion and is just annoying.

Okay thank god, I haven't even realized that I picked it up so that's where the confusion came from.

Pay attention to dialogue so something like this won't happen again. Stop skipping it.

I don't think he got any dialogue. The person who could explain the Moonlantern to him got kidnapped.

That's right, I didn't get any dialogue at all, because the person got kidnapped, so why already assume I skip every dialogue? That's just plain out f*cking stupid to assume that I know everything inside out about a game that I literally play for the first time in my life.

If anything, you deserve congratulations. A lot of players are too weak to handle losing that fight, and immediately reload if they do.
