Holy Lance Helm crash

I'm attempting to run a build that utilizes the Holy Lance Helm (for its radiance damage to foes that miss attacks on me), but the game crashes when I attempt to get it from the painted chest in Rosymon Monastery.

I can open the chest and I can see the item in the chest, but as soon as I put my mouse over the helm (which should pop up the info window for the item), I crash to desktop.

I am using a couple mods, Infinite Spellcasting v2 (4.2.1) and Reliable Rolls (1.6.1), I haven't tried disabling those yet, but I wanted to see if anyone was having a similar issue before I try that?

EDIT: welp, I can disable mods, but my save won't load with them disabled. Looking at some of the other posts here it looks like perhaps the devs are releasing updates designed to break certain mods... perhaps one of my mods is on the naughty list... feelsbadman =(

It's one of my favourite pieces of equipment. I'm running nearly 40 mods (the number keeps rising!) and have no problem getting this helmet. It is, alas, a matter of luck that I can get away with it but you cannot. FWIW, I'm not running either of the mods you mentioned.
