War Cleric of Vengeance Paladin?
Which one is better for a team-leading main character man of Tempus, god of war, with better mechanics?

Also, is it ok if I don't increase wisdom as war cleric and put more into str and con? I am not into that much spellcasting for this run, mainly gonna use buffing stuff and spirit guardians if I go cleric.

Same as paladin.

And if you have any vengeance paladin + war cleric multiclass ideas, I welcome

A lot of what makes clerics good is a few of their offensive spells, and WIS boosting gear is kinda hard to come by. You might be able to get away with high STR/CON early on but later I'd recommend just patching abilities in with elixirs and equipment and going for high WIS organically (i.e. I'd recommend a respec with Withers at some point, probably around end of act 1).

By the time you get to the creche, you can have a decent supply of cloud giant elixirs (27 strength), the dexterity gloves (18 dex), and the warped headband of intellect (17 int if that matters to you), which should leave enough left over to have at least 14 in CON, WIS and CHA, so if you wanted to dump CHA you could just do something like 17 CON and 16 WIS before ability score increases at that point.

I dunno why you'd multiclass a paladin and cleric really, though it kinda sounds like you just want paladin in general.

I'd go for pally, then, they are less reliant on their spell than cleric. They have tons of good stuff ofc but can opt just to fight, without negative consequences. I find my cleric needs to cast more often, so skimping on wisdom is not a good idea imo.

Also, consider 2h vs 1h+shield. Ofc you can go either way with both classes but I think a 2h paladin smacking the holy light out of everything makes more sense than a defensive paladin. Cleric is more of a defend yourself + support the party kinda role in my view.
