Game stopping bugs

I am really surprised that BG3 has some bugs that are massive, not just glitches. Now I have the problem with the Umbral Gems in Act 2. I had them all but when I should put them in the pedestal than it was required to put all 3 in but I putted 2 already in. So I have not enough gems but the game recognized I have collected them all. Really bad.

Then for Karlachs quest with her heart you had to concact a NPC on last light inn, but when I got there he was dead. Quest can not proceed.

Then I had the barter bug. After a talk with a NPC which whom you can trade the game could not be saved anymore. Only solution is load old game and avoid this NPC. This cost me some quest in Act 2 Moonrise Tower.

So these are obvious and big bugs and Larian patches the game frequently. I dont understand they do not get those things done.

There are four umbral gems that you need to collect. Five total.

1 Already inserted at the beginning
3 Collected from the gauntlet
1 collected from Yurgir

I have all umbral gems, but two needed to put in already. Now I stand in front oft the last door and have only one left and they ask for three. I collected them all.

Yeah I had that. inserted all 3 gems but only one shows. I did open the door with a knock spell so was able to progress.
