I mean... Did you just read the title and not the content? I honestly feel bad breaking the door down for absolutely nothing-- even if they don't seem to come back if you leave them alone. Personally i think next time i play i just leave the shed alone entirely--the xp isnt worth it and they don't drop anything of note-- its early enough in Act 1 i've killed them a number of times and all i get is xp and maybe some junk. But as others have found theres at least a more fun Astarion option.
I suggest you to see it once, at least, before committing to leave them be.
