She cannot be caged bugged. Sazza just staying scared after sparing
Anyone has any idea how to solve this?

I knocked her out after speaking and also knocking Minthara, so I could save both of them at Moonrise tower. But,after sparing the goblins, she stays there scared with 1 hp, not allowing me to talk to her, neither getting the achievement.

Tried to reload from a the moment I reach moonrise and repeat it,but result stays the same, Sazza scared, not able to interact with her, achievement not popping

any clue on how to solve this?

How do she end up with 1hp?

Many funny things (bugs) have been going on since the latest game updates/patches.
But as for the Sazza can't be caged Achievement thing. What I'm about to write is based on everything I remember, I haven't really played this game much since the lastest few patches.

You're not meant to knock Sazza out at all. That is to say, you're not meant to engage in combat with her at all.

When you rescue Sazza and she takes you to the goblin camp, and to meet Minthara, Minthara will want to punish Sazza for her incompetence, so, through dialogue, you're meant to say something along the lines of "She (Sazza) didn't know who you really were (that you are supposedly one of the Absolute's chosen)".

That is meant to spare Sazza's life, instead of her being fed to the giant spiders down below.

While still in dialogue, if you don't want to side with Minthara's gang to take out the druid grove, when Minthara orders you to destroy the druid grove, through dialogue, just be wishy-washy about it and say "I have some things to do first" or something like that.

Sazza will then return to the main hall near where Priestess Gut is first encountered. Talk to her a few times until you exhaust her dialogue, and she says that she won't be of any trouble. By right, should other goblins turn hostile at some point (due to battle), she should be the only one who won't turn hostile. But, just to be on the safe side, just take out the 3 goblin leaders (Priestess Gut, that hobgoblin necromancer whatever his name is, and Minthara) while not in the vicinity of Sazza (or the goblins near her for that matter). This is what I personally did, taking out the 3 goblin leaders while being nowhere near Sazza (never battled her, never knocked her out).

After defeating the 3 goblin leaders (and reporting to Halsin about it), if I'm not mistaken, returning to the grove is possible via fast travel if there are no active battles (and that the general area permits it). If this isn't the case, then you can do so by accessing the Underdark (specifically the Underdark Selunite post).

So, in summary, after saving Sazza's life through dialogue with Minthara, make sure Sazza safely stands in the main hall (near Priestess Gut's initial location). Avoiding combat with Minthara through dialogue is possible, and needed (initially), to save Sazza.

Then, in Act 2, spare her again at Moonrise, and the Achievement should pop up.

While in combat, there's a "Passive" tab somewhere, that enables enemies to not be killed, but simply knocked out, with 1hp remaining (pressing it once enables it for all active party members). You still get experience points for knocking them out (the same amount as if they were killed).
