Way of Mercy monk- healing monk
Fey Wanderer ranger- a ranger with a wider variety of utility spells and charisma-boosting passives
Phantom rogue- hard to summarize, like a cross between a necromancer and knowledge domain cleric
Clockwork soul sorcerer- can cancel out advantage and disadvantage for anything around it. Also makes wards like an abjuration wizard.
Genie warlock- sortof like a dragon sorcerer, you can add and mitigate a certain damage type depending on the type of genie you pick.
Lots more but these are just the most straightforward and least redundant that I pulled from Tasha's, which is a sourcebook BG3 takes some subclasses from.

These and so many others folks want are already at Nexus. Many of them I've tried, work just fine, AND BTW, do NOT break with patches or hotfixes.
I don’t believe adding more sub-classes would make them any additional profit.
DLC
Larian doesn’t do DLC, but they will do a definitive edition.
If you think they are motivated by profit, they can do a DLC.
If they are not motivated by profit, then whether or not they make any isn't important to whether they add more subclasses.
At least that's how it looks to me, I dunno.
Look, folks can do what they want, I'm having fun playing my Ascendant Dragon Monk, my Drakewarden Ranger, my Hexblade warlock, and my Pirate rogue. This stuff never breaks on patch updates because patches never touch the files they are using. (I don't know about Patch 6. Hasn't hit me yet.)
I did try out the Order Domain cleric option, I still think the included ones in-game (Tempest and Light) are better. None of the added domains in that mod are really much better for a cleric character UNLESS you want an evil cleric - as it includes the Death and Blood domains....
