i literally can't learn him unless i learn his spell as a wizard, but i'm playing as a wild magic sorcerer, every single video and guide tells you just have to talk to him after passing through the mirror and he'll teach you how to summon him as a warlock, sorcerer or wizard. But it never works and he never teaches how to summon him, how the ♥♥♥♥ do i learn to summon him as a sorcerer

Just follow one of the many guides to doing this. The only "spellshite" who can't learn the spell is storm sorcerer. You must not be following those guides *exactly*, because they aren't lying.

You can learn him with every character/class. Even twice. I guess there are many guides on Youtube. Here's the one I followed (successfully):

Simple and straight forward. It will work. The second character to speak to Shovel needs to be a Warlock, Sorcerer, or Wizard. Following this guide, there is no other restriction in regards to acquiring as an ability. Since it was mentioned above this includes Storm Sorcerer and the Dark Urge. What does prohibit the ability is if the first to cast is either of those, because of the altered initial dialogue for each.
