I feel like it's not exactly a highly demanded feature since more people prefer that the portraits closely match how their character actually looks ingame, especially with BG3's focus on close-up dialogues and cinematics.
lets you zoom out on your portrait (in game / left side, doesn't replace the inventory model view) to see more of your gear instead of a cropped face.
With my luck, if that kind of mod exist it is probably somewhere on russian site (and I dont know russian language xD) they always had some mods not available anywhere else.
Yeah, bringing up NWN1 is really weird because the player character models in that game basically didn't have any real facial features to speak of and eyes were flat, painted on textures.
By the time NWN1 was out, Final Fantasy X was out and completely blew NWN1's presentation out of the water.
