Can't take a screenshot

Why's Baldur's Gate 3 is the only game that I can't take a screenshot, it works before but then it suddenly not working remapping the key also didn't work

Anyone having same problem?

Steam overlay needs to be enabled for screenshots to work.

Of course it’s enabled, never disabled it
Like I said it works before then suddenly it doesn’t & I’m not doing or changing anything

weird, it seems not a common issue and I'm the only one who's having it

I just made a screenshot today...worked just fine...

I found what makes it unable to take a screenshot, it's when I turned on my HDR
I can take screenshot just fine when HDR is off but as soon as the HDR on I can't take a screenshot
IDK why, anyone know why?
