After the party, DO NOT return to the Shattered Sanctum, else Minthara will respawn at 1 HP and auto hostile and you'll have to re-knock her out again. I'd recommend after defeating Gut to go and unlock the Underdark Selunite Sanctuary waypoint before checking back with the tieflings. That, or use the side entrance at Waukeen's Rest (with the Zhents) to get access to the Underdark. Once you start Act II, Minthara will move to Moonrise Towers and from there, it's as normal: you rescue her from Moonrise and recruit her during the Ketheric conflict
Ohhhh SAZZA.
I attack her in dialogue usually just for that reason.

She wont if you long rest..I've gone back to clear the goblin camp in almost every play through except my first where i did not recruit. when you go to camp for after party she leaves for act2
Minthara is easily recruitable as long as you do two things:
1. Knock her out during state "Temporarily Hostile".
2. Eliminate all three Goblin base bosses in a single Long Rest period.
There are plenty of in-depth guides out there not already listed in thread, especially on Youtube.
All quests completed, Minthara is alive and the Tiefling party in the camp can start. :)
I had Shadowheart Featherfall buffed so she could jump to the hill where Minthara is standing. The Tieflings like Zevlor then jump down as well. I think if you don't buff Featherfall they are too far away from Minthara to shoot at. Assuming, of course, Minthara stays standing on the hill and don't run into their range.
You can still make evil plays, and in my opinion you lost too many companions when doing that, just Wyll and Karlach but that's too much in exchange of one companion. But Wyll and Karlach have potentially a linked destiny so I suspect it's why they did it.
