BUG report: Cunning Combo" Reaction Skill Failure with "Magic Hand Crossbow

I encountered an issue in the game after summoning a weapon called "Magic Hand Crossbow" using the console. This weapon has a skill called "Cunning Combo," which is a reaction skill. However, I have noticed that sometimes after confirming the trigger of this reaction, there is no actual feedback. The combat log shows that the reaction has been consumed but displays "Reaction failed to trigger." This seems to be a strange bug. Could you please look into fixing this?
