berserker is for 2h or throwing, and you can cook up a nasty 1h build with it if you want to use a shield but its sort of a one-off meta build.

wild magic is ... random. If you like random stuff messing up your plans (for better or worse), this may be for you.
karlach has nothing too special going on. Her personality/behavior suggest berserker, but all barbarians are like that if you think about what RAGE really represents. I don't think one makes more sense than any other.
