For reference here is what some 2e art looked like... compare it with a pathfinder art google image search to see what I mean... was it grittier, more dangerous? Is pathfinder art too stylized? I dunno, but it doesn't evoke dangerous adventure to me at all. xD

I found that I was swimming in the things from midway though Act 2 onwards. There’s so many magic weapons that by the time you get spells like Magic Weapon it’s completely superfluous
I would love to give WoTR another go but there are a few things that are really hard to get over, mostly gameplay wise.
I only finished Kingmaker due to being locked in during COVID.
I thought WotR was great once they got the horrendous pile of launch bugs taken care of, though the entire "We have heroes of might and magic at home" minigame was a horrible slog best disabled and the writing around the alignment system often felt borderline nonsensical to me personally, but there's a lot to like in the game.
I personally prefer BG3 for a bunch of reasons but they're both good games.
No, you're not wrong. You have your own preferences and that's fine. Although I have no clue what you mean by "ridiculous speech patterns". Do you not interact with many real people, because the pace at which the characters talk is pretty much the same as how real people talk.
Yes. People who enjoy RTwP have latent cognitive issues.
Also, please do make a list of what food you like and dislike. Trust me, that is deeply relevant to other people.
I also know, cause I played, that WotR lets you have a party of six with up to level 20 characters. This game is not balanced for that. I also don't care, and then use mods (party limit begone and unlock level curve) so I can remove both "artificial" caps; depending on my mood, I may use mods to help rebalance, but honestly I usually don't. If you want more magic weapons, you can even get +5 stuff at Nexus. It's once again "unbalanced" for THIS game, I personally don't care, I'm letting you know it exists.
I have no problems with the dialogue and VA'd cutscenes in this game. Which is not to say, I won't hit spacebar when I'm seeing the exact same lines for the 5th time. But otherwise.
There were other things I disliked about WotR and they are reasons I think THIS one is the better game. (I'm not saying I hated WotR or didn't replay it more than once. But, again, this is my view.) I'm only dealing with the things you asked.
