I doubt it, really. Again, I'm not even sure there's any way she won't abandon or attack you for refusing to do something that is a sacred duty to her ( Going to be purified at the creche ).
Then I guess since my Tav is a goody-two-shoes who helps anyone and everyone, I'm going to have to do the creche. Thanks for your input! :)
From what I understand, if you pass that "point of no return" in Act 2 without going to the creche, Lae'Zel leaves the party and dies alone in the wilderness. Even if Lae'Zel isn't in your active party, you'll know when you reach that point, because the game gives you a pop-up saying that all uncompleted quests will fail if you progress any further.
I kept her by succeeding at an intimidation role. She thought being bullied by Tav was hott (and no, my Tav was not romancing her on that playthrough).
There's some really nice stuff in there like a really strong legendary mace, some tadpoles + a possible insane buff for illithid users if you roll well.
