Bigby's Hand - named after the Greyhawk wizard Bigby
Otto's Irresistible Dance - named after another Greyhawk wizard
Mordenkainen's Sword - an iconic Greyhawk character
Tenser's Floating Disc - Tenser was played by Gygax's son Ernie
Melf's Acid Arrow - Melf was a character played by Gygax's son Luke

Tales from the Yawning Portal - released 2017
Ghosts of Saltmarsh - released 2019
Rob Kuntz, independent of TSR or WotC, but instead through Black Blade, released some Castle Greyhawk dungeon levels in 2010.
