Report a translation problem
OP, you may have to contact the mod author directly. Never used that one, though if it is just a PAK file you can install it through a mod manager.
Then go to the directory %localappdata% in file explorer. Navigate to .\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Script Extender and open the file CombatRandomizerConfig.txt. This has all your setting to change the values.
Just do not make numbers to high or your party will die in a heartbeat. To many spawns with a lot of gear can school you. The game will give enemies a lot of grenades or bombs. I usually run everything around 35% including clone spawns. That level requires a party of 5 or more to survive a fight.
Oh do not for get to check the ReadingAbilityUnlocked=1 staiting that you edited / looked at the file.
Just avoid levels, size, bosses, and elites and it has been stable, it has for me in multiplayer (LAN).

(I can't use combat randomizer, it requires SE, which I can't use. So I never followed it much.)
But IIRC, it used to be at Nexus, but was taken down. Last I heard, it didn't work in Patch 7, and the author didn't update it. Now that would have been a few months ago, again IIRC.
Hmmm. Now, there DOES appear to be a Combat Randomizer v2.1 at Nexus, but currently ALSO hidden, as of September 2024.

Probably over that, never-fixed, Patch 7 incompatibility.
