On the other I doubt it because she really doesn't like the other gods and they really don't like her (the whole betraying people kinda makes you not liked on either good or evil sides of the fence)
Yes. The Dark Urge starts as an amnesiac, they can be anything and it works.
Clerics and paladins are interesting so are bards

Remember the urge is not your normal bhaal spawn
It's anyone's guess what else D'Urge was up to prior to the betrayal. Maybe, D'Urge was courting other deities who weren't once mortal (depending on the customization).
It's really up to the player to fill in the blanks that are left.
