Definitely. He is the only writer who can really make me laugh out loud.
As for Death, he is both funny and insightful. One of my favorite characters of all time.
If you want a better example of "inclusivity", Nobby's stint as a crossdresser in Jingo is a far better example. It has managed to perfectly illustrate the mindset of the people-that-shall-not-be-named, whether on purpose or not. He even claims to have discovered his feminine side!...
...and it had nothing to do with him being surrounded by a literal harem, oh no.
And yes, those books are amazing and a personal favorite.
People and their obsession with gay gnomes.
This idiocy deserves only one response.

I find the discussion much more interesting after blocking the bigots. OP not blocked as it will obviously mean the discussion disappears entirely, but my pages are left with amusing posts, chat about my favourite writer, and while it may not be on topic for anything BG3 related it is giving me chuckles on a slow work day.
I think it's each writer working in isolation wanting to represent, and when they came together realised their groupthink. By then too late.
So when a bunch of writers who identify somewhere within LGBT all happen to write content that reflects their experiences, it's 'groupthink' (negative connotation), but when it's straight writers all writing straight content it's not?
I can't think of a single instance where it's been described as such.
There's just... so much to unpack with some of you folks.

Yrre is consistently referred to using gender neutral pronouns (they/them), and they are likely non-binary.

Gender: Agendered

[also from Wiki[
The Sparkswall is an uncommon Ring that shields the wearer from Lightning.
When the inventor Yrre met the cleric Lenore, sparks flew. Apart, they were in a rut, but together, they inspired each other to push the boundaries of innovation and invention. This ring is just one of their many scientific triumphs.

When the right people meet, sparks fly, and science moves forward. Their genders don't matter.
Barcus and Wulbren? What, the idea of someone being loyal to a lifelong friend he has a lot of respect for without being in love with them is that foreign to you?
There's another guy who claims you can find out they had a relationship by Speak with Dead with a dead Barcus (spoiler: no, you can't, and that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥).
BTW, there's only one Iron Throne Gondian prisoner entry at the Wiki.

Very traditional het family.
Bonus if you noticed his VA is John Boyega, Yes, THAT John Boyega. Finn from Star Wars sequels 7-9.
